管轄法律及管轄權條款
本協議受香港特別行政區的法律管轄，並依據該法律解釋。雙方同意，因本協議所引起的或與本協議有關的任何爭議，應提交香港法院解決。雙方在此確認，香港法院擁有獨占管轄權以處理任何此類爭議。
Governing Law and Jurisdiction Clause
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties agree that any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong for resolution. The parties hereby acknowledge that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to handle any such disputes.
